SCHEDULE/ITINERARY
The Chianti is not only the land of wine, but it is also a mix of places, people, words, ancient parishes, small towns and castles where the slow pace of life remained unchanged for centuries. Our aim is to introduce you to this atmosphere, moreover we want to give you a taste of what Chianti’s typical lifestyle, colours and flavours look like.
Through its vineyards and wineries, you can enjoy the Chianti’s colourful countryside and its unique villages.
Our first stop will be to Monteriggioni, an ancient medieval village nestled in the green of the hills and surrounded by olives-groves. It is for this very reason that, at first glance, Monteriggioni appears as a huge and staggering castle frozen in time.
Our journey will continue towards a small factory where you can taste some sampling of Chianti Classico, and before going back, you can also have a homemade ice-cream tasting.
